Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so exchanges are open to customers within India, subject to the guidelines below.

How it works

• Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Once we confirm the status of your request, the product must be dispatched within 3 days to complete the exchange.
• All items must meet the return eligibility criteria set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
• A one-time exchange is available on rings and bangles where there is a fitting or size issue.

Important to know

• Products that do not meet these conditions, or that reach us beyond the stated timeframe, will not qualify for an exchange.
• Personalised, engraved or customised jewellery, earrings used for piercing purposes and gift cards cannot be exchanged.
• For lab-grown diamond jewellery, the original certification must be included.
• Gifts are exchangeable too, as long as they meet the same criteria.
